Major Contract Packaging Manufacturer Selects Camalot® XyflexPro® HVB System For High Volume Underfill Production

A major contract packaging manufacturer has selected the Camalot® XyflexPro® HVB (High Volume Batch) system from Speedline Technologies, Inc. for use in its worldwide manufacturing facilities. The Asia-based manufacturer selected the Speedline system to meet its high-volume underfill production needs following an extensive site assessment. The firm will take delivery of its first XyflexPro HVB unit in July. It plans to install additional systems in its facilities throughout Asia before the end of 2004.

FRANKLIN, MA (PRWEB) August 6, 2004 -- A major contract packaging manufacturer has selected the Camalot® XyflexPro® HVB (High Volume Batch) system from Speedline Technologies, Inc. for use in its worldwide manufacturing facilities.

The Asia-based manufacturer selected the Speedline system to meet its high-volume underfill production needs following an extensive site assessment. The firm will take delivery of its first XyflexPro HVB unit in July. It plans to install additional systems in its facilities throughout Asia before the end of 2004.

The XyflexPro HVB system achieves four times the throughput of conventional conveyor based underfill systems by optimizing the number of substrates in process and minimizing the dispense head idle time," said Matthew D. Engle, Camalot Marketing Product Manager, Speedline Technologies. This results in a significant increase in production output per square foot of clean room space while dramatically reducing our customers overall capital investment in underfill equipment."

The Camalot XyflexPro HVB dispensing system is available from Speedline distributors and representatives. For additional information, contact Speedline Technologies at 1-508-520-0083 or visit www.speedlinetech.com.
