NH's Badger Realty Names New Rental Manager

Badger Realty of North Conway and Jackson, NH has announced that Mt. Washington Valley native, Brett Newton, has joined the agency as Residential Rentals Manager.

NORTH CONWAY, NH (PRWEB) June 23, 2006 -- Badger Realty has announced that Mt. Washington Valley native, Brett Newton, has joined the agency as Residential Rentals Manager. Newton, a 1993 graduate of Kennett High School in Conway, NH, has taken over the position formerly held by Leonard Magliocca, who will focus on real estate sales with his wife, Melissa Leonard.

“Having lived here for over 30 years, I know the area well,” says Newton, “but I appreciate that for those moving to the area or interested in a seasonal or short term rental, finding the right rental property can be tough. There are so many factors—the neighborhood, matching the needs of the rental client to the right property and rental agreement, and the price, to name just a few. I ask clients, ‘Why spend days combing through the classifieds or driving around, when with one call, you connect with a rental specialist who’s dedicated to finding the right rental for you?’ You’ll save time, money and gas!”

Newton also encourages local companies and organizations who have staff relocating to the area to give him a call. “Relocating can be stressful, and when problems arise in finding a suitable rental, it can impact the staff member’s transition into the new job. We can help smooth the way by finding the right rental in a timely manner, and providing the new residents with the information they need. That way, they’ll soon be settled in and feeling at home—and ready to take on the challenges of a new job.”

Newton is excited about the challenges of his new job. “My wife, Chris, and I spent the last four summers working in the hospitality industry on the coast of Maryland—but we love the White Mountains so much, we knew we wanted to build a life here. I’m looking forward to helping others do that, too.”
