A New Concept in Dog Boarding

The UltiMutt Inn & Pet Resort is a very special, cage-free, interactive playground and pet resort set on a 17-acre farm in scenic Geauga County in northeastern Ohio - just 45 minutes east of Cleveland. We are truly a vacation paradise for pets, with lots of green grass, fresh country air and TONS of tail wagging fun! We offer 15 spacious, climate-controlled, luxury dog suites, each decorated in a unique theme, with complimentary amenities such as a television or radio, rugs, a comfortable bed in each room, and nightly "turn down" with a cookie on the pillow.

While traditional kennels put animals in cages or runs, the UltiMutt Inn's guests are free to run and play most of the day, or lounge around in their own private suite or in one of the cozy lounge areas and just take it easy. They have 2 huge securely fenced outdoor play yards with lots of toys and games, and each dog will be supervised to make sure they are involved in some sort of activity. Other activities, which can be scheduled with the office, include going on field trips, a leashed walk or even a grooming trip to a local groomer located a short drive away.

When the weather is cold or very rainy, the UltiMutt Inn has 2 spacious indoor play areas as well - the 11,200 square foot "Ruffin' It Gym" and the cozy "UltiMutt Playroom" - with plenty of toys, fun play equipment, and comfy couches to lounge on. Because this type of setting is not suitable for every guest, all guests are pre-screened so that only non-aggressive and social guests are accepted to join group playtimes. They also offer a supervised Agility Fun Course in the Ruffin' It Gym for guests wishing to do something new and exciting. Socialization and playtime activities are scheduled on a daily basis -- rain, snow or shine!

The UltiMutt Inn's guests are grouped accordingly to size, breed and/or age. Those guests not compatible with others will have their own private playtime.
