M-Tech Laptops Chooses WiNet Global as their Preferred Service Provider
M-Tech Laptops is utilizing the nationwide on-site and remote computer support services of WiNet Global to extend its existing service offerings.
Fitchburg, MA (PRWEB) December 14, 2006 -- Looking to increase their value-added services, M-Tech Laptops, Inc. has chosen WiNet Global of Fitchburg, Ma their preferred nationwide warranty and non-warranty service provider to M-Tech Laptop customers.
Under the new agreement, M-Tech will sell the third-party one-year, two-year and three-year On-site Warranty Service Agreement to new laptop customers. The existing standard M-Tech warranty requires customers to ship their laptop back to M-Tech for service when they have hardware related problems. Daniel Barnes, President of WiNet Global, said "While M-Tech currently guarantees a 48 and 72 hour turn around, shipping time back and forth is the real bottleneck often resulting in longer than desired customer down time. Employing our nationwide services is a great option for customers who would rather have a qualified technician come to their home or office to perform warranty repairs, whereby, eliminating shipping costs the customer would incur and reduce the overall time-to-repair."
Non-warranty customers now have the ability to request per incident computer support from WiNet Global via an on-line "Support Request From" that is available through a link on M-Tech Laptop's "Support" page. Customers can simply fill out the on-line form, submit it and a service technician will promptly respond to their contact request.
The On-site Warranty Service Agreement entitles customers to an on-site technician within 24 - 48 hours, on-site hardware replacement, driver installation and/or upgrades, Microsoft Office Install and POP3 email configuration, data transfer and Operating System reinstall due to hard drive replacement.
Further, the On-site Warranty Service Agreement offers customers a complimentary on-line Internet security consultation, data backup and retention consultation and reduced WiNet Global service rates for repairs that are not covered under the customer's chosen warranty structure.
The On-site Warranty Service Agreement is a compliment to the existing M-Tech standard warranty structure. Customers can select the one, two or three-year On-site Warranty Service Agreement, which is competitively priced at $180, $255 and $330 respectively, right from the M-Tech website at the time of purchase and will be billed directly to the customer by WiNet Global.
