North Carolina Beaches Provide New Real Estate Hotspot

New Resorts, LLC, venturing outside of its oceanfront preconstruction domain, is proud to announce the release of 116 lots in Somerset at Spring Mill Plantation in booming Brunswick County, NC. Brunswick County is the nation's 29th fastest growing county, according to the Census for 2005.

(PRWEB) July 8, 2006 -- New Resorts, LLC was established in the fall of 2004 by David O'Connell, and began with the vision of selling one oceanfront preconstruction condo-hotel project, the Prince Resort in Cherry Grove Beach. In less than two years, New Resorts has become a successful marketing company with 40-plus employees and agents, and has acquired a number of other preconstruction projects in order to attract every type of buyer with every type of budget.

North Myrtle Beach condos presently being marketed by the company include the Prince Resort, (three beachfront high-rises) and The Grove Condominiums. (32 elegant oceanfront condominium residences) in Cherry Grove.

Myrtle Beach preconstruction resorts they represent include The Anderson Ocean Club, Prince Resort Myrtle Beach, and the Bay View Resort, which are in the final stages of construction. Recently, the Coral Beach underwent a successful condo-conversion and is presently being remodeled and improved.

Last and largest of all is the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach. Sea Mist is the largest condominium/hotel redevelopment in South Carolina history. It comprises 12 acres including oceanfront towers, and over 4 city blocks on the south end of Ocean Boulevard.

It will have a 30,000 square foot water park, indoor wave pool, restaurants, shops, spas, arcades and landscaped parks. Sea Mist will change the look and feel of its "South Beach" location beyond compare.

This year most local real estate agencies have decided to broaden their spectrum. The latest market trend reports indicate that the next hot spot for growth is Brunswick County, in North Carolina. According to Jenny Burns, real estate reporter for the Sun News, "Builders see Brunswick County as the next Promised Land."

Carolina Beach, NC real estate, and the southern NC beaches of Sunset Beach, Holden Beach, and Calabash, NC are currently a hot market

The Brunswick County area is very attractive to both builders and home buyers. N.C. Board of Transportation member Lanny Wilson says builders are finding that "Officials in Brunswick County seem to be more receptive about development and in some cases less restrictive than Horry County. The restrictions that they do have in place are 35 and 60 feet height limits which make the area more attractive to home buyers."

He states that "Brunswick County commissioners are planning to spend $330 million on highways and strategies to figure out a road system that will meet the needs of more than 55,000 home sites that have been recorded."

Some of the nation's largest homebuilders are already very active in Brunswick County. Centex, D.R. Horton, and Bill Clark Homes have been buying and building for several years. Now Lennar Corporation and Portrait Homes are also entering the N.C. coastal market.

David O'Connell has recently opened a condo resale marketing company, The Myrtle Beach Condo Store, and a new comprehensive website dedicated to condos from Little River to Pawley's Island is in the works to provide information on Myrtle Beach condos in the Grand Strand.

Contact The Myrtle Beach Condo Store for information on sales of any of the above properties, as well as real estate in nearby Brunswick County, Holden Beach, Sunset Beach, or Ocean Isle Beach.
