New CD Series Answers the Top 10 Questions Most Asked by Business Coaches

Two expert executive coaches create a "tell all" CD and workbook geared for helping other business coaches successfully run their practice.

Kingwood, TX (PRWEB) July 29, 2006 -- Talk about the Siskel & Ebert of the coaching world, Porche & Niederer couldn’t be more different and have more varying ideas about business coaching. But, it works. And, it shows that different approaches often get big results. Who are Porche & Niederer? Germaine Porche & Jed Niederer are the Coaching Experts, Co-authors of the best seller, “Coach Anyone About Anything” and the Co-founders of Eagles View Consulting www.eaglesview.com, a coaching firm that provides Coaching Certification for Business and Executive Coaches.

The “Ask The Coach” CD & workbook series (www.askthecoaches.net) answers the most asked questions in the coaching field. And, Germaine and Jed are just as candid as they come. There’s no light and fluff to their ideas and suggestions, though. Just hard hitting facts that work. But, for a successful coaching practice, both do agree it takes a true understanding about what coaching is and is not. Plus a lot of hard work. Jed says, “When someone enters the field of coaching with the belief they will just ‘hang their shingle’ and business will pour their direction, they need to adjust their way of thinking. This is a business like anything else and should be taken very seriously.” Germaine adds, “We like working with those that have a passion for this business and that want to continue learning and growing.”

And, that’s why this series is so successful. The top 10 questions covered on the CD actually came from a survey that Germaine and Jed had sent out to real coaches. Some of the questions included are, “How do you find clients?” “How to do get results with your clients when they don’t improve on their own?” and “What’s the best way to motivate a client?” Future “Ask the Coaches” series will include, “How to Grow Your Business: The 5 Keys,” “Transform Time: From a Constraint to An Opening,” “The DreamMakers & DreamBrakers,” “He Said, She Said: Transform Nagging to Coaching,” “Increase Your Influence Without Authority.”
