Billion Dollar Developer, Author and Coach, Colm Dillon, Launches World Wide Real Estate Development Courses For Residential and Commercial Development

Colm Dillon, billion dollar real estate developer, has trained thousands of real estate developers in 104 countries, over the last four years with his unique training system releases his new Residential and Commercial Development Courses. His developer students operate in every US State, in Canada, the UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand; "you name it and my guys and gals are out there doing it" he told his audience.

Australia, (PRWEB) July 2, 2007 -- After the success of his first instruction e-book, Colm Dillon, billion dollar real estate developer, announced the launch this week of his two new courses, Residential Real Estate Development Made Easy and Commercial Real Estate Development Made Easy to his world wide audience of eager real estate development students to advance their unique money making knowledge even further.

Colm Dillon is the only real estate developer who has ever bothered to write down how professional developers actually do residential apartment, condos and town homes and now also commercial developments, as well.

On completing a course students are all using a common development language; we're on the same page in our thinking
"It amazes me to this very day," he told an audience, "that I am the only one to teach, but I suppose most developers just keep on creating buildings and making money, rather than show others how they do it. Beside many think, I learned the hard way, you can as well."

All Dillon's material is easy to find, because in internet terms, his web site, www.realestatedevelopmentcoach.com, is regarded as an authority web site and gains page one ranking on Google, Yahoo and MSN, against about another 100,000,000 competitors. Even his 'real estate development blog' is Google's Number 1 against 17 million.

Dillon also told his audience of enthusiastic student developers that on completing either his residential or commercial development courses, they and only they, would be invited to join his unique Master Mind Group at his weekly web conference room.

"On completing a course students are all using a common development language; we're on the same page in our thinking," Dillon said, "it's the best day of my week; a real challenge, I love it.

"I mean, where else can a student real estate developer discuss a development problem and find a solution from someone who has been there and done that … its never been done before. Imagine having access to Donald Trump for an hour each week on development; what's it worth? I tell you it's lots of fun for me and worth thousands of dollars to them."

Dillon is emphatic about the learning process. As he says, "this isn't a money making scheme; it's a learning scheme and people are going to learn the Right Way the First Time or they're not going to learn at all -- from me."

Looking his audience straight in the eye, Dillon continued, "I could make more money developing one small building without getting off a chair in my Den, than I could selling a course for ten years.

"So now that I've taken on this teaching role, my guys are going to learn the right way," he said.

"That way my development students have a secure future, that is based on knowledge they can't get anywhere else in the world and that is a hell of a deal from their point of view.

"I've met many developers, with maybe 10 or 15 years experience who have learned from the school of hard knocks. And that, is a very expensive 'non exclusive' school. It's non exclusive, because anyone can get in and waste money - all you need is no knowledge and some borrowing capacity.

"These experienced development guys, after studying my material tell me that they had no idea they were leaving so much money on the table on every development deal they've ever done over the past 20 years. Ouch!"

Real estate agents, brokers, finance specialists, bankers, architects and engineers are all avid users of Dillon's development course material, as it allows them to understand what motivates developers, their key trigger points, as well as communicate in development terms.
