New Book Covers Ways to Break Down Barriers to Success with Development of Personal Leadership Skills

Joe Farcht's new book, "Building Personal Leadership: Inspirational Tools & Techniques for Work and Life" offers practical advice for dramatic life improvement.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) July 9, 2007 -- For everyone unable to find a source of motivation, for everyone constantly running out of time to get their work done, and for all those unhappy with their jobs, Joe Farcht presents applicable, tried and true advice in his new book, "Building Personal Leadership: Inspirational Tools & Techniques for Work and Life" (ISBN 1600371655, Genesis Publishing, 2007).

"Building Personal Leadership" is a positive, uplifting business competency building resource and self-development book that gives readers a practical guide for enhancing their own skills in the areas of leadership, motivation, time management, goal-setting and much more. As the founder and president of a successful performance improvement company with a national following, Farcht has solid experience and proven results to back the advice his book offers.

"Building Personal Leadership" emphasizes the role of an individual's choice in attaining a better life--choosing to learn and grow rather than staying in the same patterns. One mantra Farcht strongly believes and relates through his writing is, "If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten." Though the book focuses on the workplace, the lessons it offers are also applicable to personal relationships with children, significant others and friends.

"Building Personal Leadership" was created from the weekly emails and monthly newsletters Farcht sends to participants of his leadership development programs. Along with numerous examples and success stories, it contains hundreds of simple, yet effective tools and techniques for working smarter, each presented in short snippets for quick reading, fast learning and easy reference.

"There is nothing more important to me than helping people become more effective leaders in order to create the lives of their dreams," Farcht says. "Unleashing more of the unlimited potential and greatness that we all possess is my mission."
