Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) August 24, 2007 -- Luis Alvarez, CEO of Grupo Aloymex and Team BioBuilde™ (MAP®) member, heads to Louisville Ironman for a fight to keep his Triathlon World Record. Luis holds the record of being the only man to compete in every Ironman venue in the world.
This year, the World Triathlon Corporation is featuring the newest Ironman event in Louisville, Kentucky. To keep his world record of being the only man who has competed in every Ironman venue in the world, Luis needs to race and finish this inaugural Ironman event in Louisville.
This may seem a relatively simple fete for any who isn't familiar with the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike and a 26.2-mile run that makes up the Ironman course.
Luis is very familiar with the challenges of the Ironman race having completed 48 Ironman, winning Ironman Revisited 2005, finishing 2nd in Hawaii CEO Challenge 2004, and 2nd in Lake Placid CEO Challenge in 2003.
