In Cheboygan, the auction properties include two 2,000 square-foot group homes run by Northern Management Services for North Country Community Mental Health. The two homes are located at 2154 Harrison Avenue and 445 Cleveland Avenue in Cheboygan and have rental income.
"Both of these homes are totally barrier free, disability accessible and have plenty of storage," Besner said. "They are both close to the downtown district and have been very well maintained."
Besner is also offering a waterfront home at 7511 McDonald Road on Mullett Lake. "This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home," she explained.
