Arizona Search Engine Marketing Professional Group to Host Search Engine Giant, Yahoo!

The local group of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization, Arizona (SEMPO AZ) will host a cutting edge online marketing presentation given by Yahoo!, a leading search engine in the industry.

Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) October 1, 2007 -- The local Arizona group of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) will host a presentation by Yahoo! in a 'Town hall' style meeting, at The Arizona Club, on 4 October 2007. The presentation is entitled 'Yahoo! Paid and Display Integration - Closing the Loop with Search.'

"Arizona has a large number of professionals working in the search engine marketing field. The purpose of our group is to provide education, awareness and a better understanding of search engine marketing for our members. The purpose of our group is to provide education, awareness and a better understanding of search engine marketing for our members. The program will cover topics such as 'How Display Affects Search' and 'How Offline Affects Search.' There will also be case studies of successful integration campaigns.

Yahoo! will be represented by Kevin Wilk, the senior agency development director. He is responsible for managing the company's Western Agency Development team. In this role, Kevin and his team are focused on developing and servicing strategic relationships with key agencies, search engine marketing companies and search tool providers.

The meeting will be open to SEMPO AZ members as well as other search engine marketers, advertising and PR agencies and professionals associated with the industry. The event will be held on Thursday October 4thth 2007 from 6.00 to 8.00 at the Arizona Club in downtown Phoenix.
