For example, recruiters can search for “Software Engineers who graduated from Stanford University and like Java,” or “Nurses who are friends of my friends,” and be shown only the users who match that specific profile.

Work4’s Graph Search Recruiter adapts Facebook Graph Search specifically for talent acquisition, making it easier for recruiters to leverage Facebook’s vast and growing database of users’ locations, work and educational histories, professional skills, demographics, interests and more to fulfill their hiring initiatives. With the click of a button, companies’ individual recruiters can immediately see which Facebook users are a good match for a specific job opening.
