New Pradaxa Lawsuit on Stroke and Internal Bleeding: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- AttorneyOne.com, a recognized authority on law, updated the website recently and they are now actively providing expert opinion in view of the recent news on Pradaxa lawsuits and potential Pradaxa Recall lawsuit.
On September 11, a man filed a lawsuit in Texas Southern District Court (case no. 4:2013cv02670) alleging he suffered a stroke and internal bleeding from Pradaxa. Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate), manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, is a new oral anticoagulant mainly used as a blood thinner for patients who are at risk for stroke or atrial fibrillation.
Court documents indicate that the next Status Conference of the Pradaxa Multidistrict Litigation is scheduled for November 6 (MDL No. 2385, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois). Data, updated on October 17, by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation reveal that there are 1,591 cases pending in the Pradaxa MDL.
Taking into consideration the latest developments, AttorneyOne.com updated the website and, now, can actively provide an expert opinion including how to get in contact with legal counsel easily and inexpensively in cases of severe complications, allegedly from Pradaxa. Sean Burke, director of Media Relations at AttorneyOne.com, adds that the relevant information illustrates that people continue to file Pradaxa lawsuits. "For that reason", he continues, "our focus should squarely fall on getting the word out and assisting people in finding the right legal assistance.”
On October 2, four new lawsuits were filed in Illinois Southern District Court by plaintiffs alleging that their relatives died or suffered serious injuries from Pradaxa (cases no. 3:2013cv51379, 3:2013cv51377, 3:2013cv51376, 3:2013cv51380). In the lawsuits, some of the plaintiffs claim that their relatives died months after taking Pradaxa and some others claim that they suffered chronic bleeding.
AttorneyOne.com has further information on Pradaxa lawsuits including how to get in contact with legal counsel.
