Fresh Taiwan Designs Featured at Licensing Expo for the First Time
San Francisco, Calif. (PRWEB) August 13, 2013 -- In June, Fresh Taiwan showcased their unique and artistic designs at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, NV for the first time.
Fresh Taiwan, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Taiwan Design Center, brought 10 seasoned and up-and-coming Taiwanese designers to Mandalay Bay, to display their designs of everything from television shows, to towel puppets, paintings, figurines, and children’s toys.
“I thought the Las Vegas audience responded well to our artists,” said Patrick Hung, Taiwan Design Center Director of Exhibition Marketing Section. “They embraced our culture and we received some great opportunities.”
The 10 featured designers were STUDIO ILYA ANIMATION, INTL., Haniboi Ltd., BRIGHT IDEAS DESIGN CO., LTD., Harvest &Hope, Co., emmaAparty, Hanziface Culture Enterprise.Co., Ltd., Scissor Bunny, Dolphin-Think Design CORP., Capital Art Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Artilize Worldwide Co., Ltd.
The 10 specially selected companies all focus on conveying cultural concepts through creative designs. Taiwanese artists and designers turn their life philosophies and aesthetic viewpoints into a variety of sculptures, videos, and graphic designs.
Fresh Taiwan will head to the Maison de Object in Paris, London Design Festival at TENT LONDON in London and Interiorlifestyle CHINA in Shanghai during September, where brand new designers will be chosen to showcase their creations.
