Barker has over 25 years of expertise in sales, business development strategy and marketing. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aacer Flooring LLC managing the sales and business development processes and overall strategy for the wood flooring company. He helped take Aacer through an entire rebranding and reorganization changing the company’s commodity based product offering to a value-add sales focused company. During his stint as Vice President of Business Development for Athletic Republic, Barker grew the business by 300% and helped develop an extensive network of new franchisees worldwide. Prior to Athletic Republic, he also worked as the Vice President of Sales for Connor Sport Court International where he was responsible for selling to the NBA and Division I, II and III colleges. Barker is a veteran with the United States Marine Corps, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and performed graduate work at the University of Denver.
