New Restaurant Allô French Rotisserie Opening in Houston's Vintage Park
Houston, TX (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- An exciting new restaurant idea is coming to northwest Houston in October. Allô French Rotisserie is a modern twist on French cuisine, combining bold flavors with fast, friendly service in a casual environment. Located in the Vintage Park Shopping Village on Louetta near Highway 249, Allô will create a fresh new approach to French cuisine combining the fast, casual setting with a well-trained staff and easy to understand menus written in English. Allô specializes in delicious French fare for everyone without the intimidation of stuffy French dining.
Owner Eric Goldner says Allô is unlike any other restaurant in the country. “Our menu will carry highly affordable twists on traditional French comfort dishes such as Croque Monsieur, steak frites, leg of lamb, and French onion soup but we will also add contemporary influences from Spain like Basque-style mussels, Moroccan short ribs from North Africa, and orange Hoisin roast duck found in China.”
As the restaurant’s name implies, diners can expect fresh rotisserie chickens roasting daily in the restaurant and always served hot and juicy. Goldner promises the fragrance of the roasting chickens, rosemary and garlic will fill the air. This new Vintage Park highlight is something extraordinary to experience and enjoy. “Simply put, Allô guests will find great, affordable French fare that can be enjoyed here or at home,” added Goldner. “We hope our guests come repeatedly during the week to enjoy Allô.”
Allô French Rotisserie will present a warm friendly space that caters to both busy business people and families. Seating options include a large patio and a full bar area. The bar will serve a full array of French café-inspired coffees, cocktails, as well as wines by the glass, half carafe, and full carafe. Allô will also offer two private dining areas with TV and audio making it perfect for business, social or family events.
Goldner was formerly part of the management team with Hubbell & Hudson Bistro in The Woodlands where he managed the opening of that restaurant and made it another area gem. He has 23 years of management experience in several industries and a strong background in business start-ups.
Allô French Rotisserie is expected to open in early October. The restaurant is now hiring and training staff while finishing build-out. For more information, visit the website at EatAtAllo.com.
