Engel & Völkers Inducts Top Real Estate Agents Into Highly Exclusive Private Office Network at New York City’s “21” Club
New York, New York (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- Seven of Engel & Völkers’ top North American real estate advisors were invited to the world famous “21” Club restaurant in New York City on January 21, 2014 to be officially inducted to the brand’s ultra-exclusive Private Office network. Out of the 4,500 Engel & Völkers Advisors worldwide, there are now 21 who currently hold this designation.
The agents are Lourdes Alatriste from Engel & Völkers Miami; Cheryl Davis from Engel & Völkers Las Vegas; Sandra Miller from Engel & Völkers Santa Monica; Carol Sollak from Engel & Völkers Wellington; and Babbi Gabel, Angela Phillips and Sandra Wilken from Engel & Völkers Scottsdale. They join the 14 other Private Office Advisors based in the United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland and Germany.
In order to join Private Office, advisors within the Engel & Völkers network must be nominated by their brokers and are selected based on their consistent, year-after-year production numbers, market expertise, notably high quality service and passion as real estate professionals. Clients are also asked to comment on their service experience as part of this process. Nominees are then submitted to a North American selection committee who decide which candidates meet all requirements for final submission to the head of Private Office in Hamburg, Germany.
As Private Office Advisors, the group gains access to marketing tools and opportunities developed specifically to work with the luxury brand’s highest net-worth clients. They also work together as the preferred contacts for international referrals that require the highest levels of service and market expertise.
“For clients who rely on impeccable service and the utmost discretion in their real estate transactions, we offer Private Office, our highest level of service represented by our most talented and passionate representatives,” said Christoph von Schenck, who is head of Private Office at its headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. “We are happy to have representatives in North America where so many of our international clients are interested in buying prime property.”
“No other brand in real estate offers the level of service that Private Office does,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “Engel & Völkers attracts the best agents in each market we serve and these advisors represent the very best among them. As we continue to expand into new markets, we expect our Private Office membership to grow.”
The evening in the “21” Club’s secret wine cellar room, made famous for its use as a hidden storage room for illegal liquor during the Prohibition Era included a private guided tour of the cellar and seven course tasting menu with wine pairing. The selection committee decided on the “21” Club as the site for the event because of its reputation, exclusivity and high quality service, all features that match the prestige of Private Office.
