Anderson’s background includes a recent role serving as the Chief Product Officer at Urban Airship, a leading mobile platform-as-a-service. He is also a co-founder of Valiant Hero, a logic-as-a-service, language interface technology. Previous to that, he was Chief of Applications and Products at Snapfish (by Hewlett Packard), the number one online photo service, with more than 90 million members in over 12 countries and 2 billion unique photos stored online. Troy also served as Chief Executive Officer at KnowledgePlex, Inc., a company that pioneered solutions for not-for-profits including a geospatial-as-a-service for clients like Google.org, and a CMS-as-a-service for clients such as Enterprise Community Partners and Harvard University. He is also is a published author - The Way of Go - and a champion of indigenous language revival for his Tribe, the Coquille Indian Tribe. Anderson holds a BA in Linguistics and MA in Anthropology from Stanford and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
