Rapper Future Covers Rolling Out Magazine
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 28, 2014 -- Future is in a good place. The Atlanta-based star has become a household name among hip-hop fans over the past two years. His 2012 album, Pluto, was a hit, with smash singles like “Same Damn Time” and “Turn On the Lights” becoming some of the biggest songs of that year. At 28 years old, Future realized his professional dreams; a hit record, an affiliation with Atlanta legends the Dungeon Family, and, soon after, the rapper had a sexy pop starlet on his arm.
“I feel like your blueprint is your own success story [and] everybody’s story is different,” Future tells New York-based music editor Stereo Williams.
Future’s career and Atlanta roots came full circle at the Coachella Music Festival this year. He took the stage with a newly reunited OutKast to perform his new single, “Benz Friendz (Whatchutola),” which features André 3000. For the newest star to emerge from the D.F. collective, it was the realization of a lifelong dream. “That was a defining moment in my career,” he says.
“I love being able to change lives through music.”
