Biofeedback Federation of Europe Releases Special Edition of E-Journal Psychophysiology Today with Coverage from its Annual Meeting in Venice, Italy
London, England (PRWEB) May 06, 2014 -- The Biofeedback Federation of Europe is pleased to announce the release of their online publication Psychophysiology Today. The issue features abstracts from their annual meeting in Venice, Italy that took place February 11-15, 2014 at the Instituto Universitario Salesiano Venezia (IUSVE).
The meeting, attended by professionals from around the world, blended bio- and neurofeedback and nurtured the integration of clinical/educational applications and basic research. It provided a learning opportunity for interdisciplinary exchanges between researchers, educators, students and seasoned practitioners. It confirmed that bio-neurofeedback is a dynamic growing field.
In addition to published abstracts, the journals' featured article - Support Healthy Brain Development: Implications for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder by Dr. Erik Peper explores the stages of childhood development that may contribute to the increase in diagnosis and treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD). The article offers insight on how to optimize healthy brain development in children.
