Title Alliance Announces First Indiana Title Insurance Agency Joint Venture
Media, PA (PRWEB) July 08, 2014 -- Title Alliance Ltd announced today that they will be expanding their geographical reach westward to Indiana with their most recent title joint venture with Keller Williams Indy Metro South. The partnership with Keller Williams’ Indy Metro South office marks Title Alliance’s first joint venture in Indiana and the 18th venture currently open today with Keller Williams.

The Keller Williams Indy Metro South office located in Greenwood, Indiana was opened in 2004 and currently operates with 130 agents. Last year, the company provided $72,003 in profit sharing and the current year-to-date profit sharing for 2014 is $48,632.
The Indy Metro South market center is comprised of dedicated real estate specialists within the Indianapolis Metro area. The company works with both home buyers and sellers, and provides resources including relocation, home value, mortgages and local vendors.
With Title Alliance working regularly with Keller Williams, the two companies knew that the partnership would be beneficial for both companies who already have aligned values.
