Daniel P Quinn has been nominated for the SDCF Zelda Fichandler Award for November, 2014
Newark, NJ (PRWEB) August 02, 2014 -- ArtsPRunlimited, Inc.is reprising our GoFundMe campaign via PRWeb for a more solid operating partnership in bringing FRANKINCENSE back to New York City. WE asked the Author John J Trause for a comment as follows:
"As the author of Latter-Day Litany (Éditions élastiques, 1996) and a poet and performer long associated with the work of producer and director Daniel P. Quinn, I am appealing to your sense of commitment to the arts and sense of fun in bringing FRANKINCENSE, the staged production of this wicked book of parody to new audiences Off-Broadway. Already premiering Off-Off Broadway in 1998 with several revivals throughout the stages and arts festivals of New Jersey in the years following, this playful rediscovery of saints who did not exactly make it into the Canon along with their stories and litanies would fit in well on the stages of New York City, which have seen Nunsense, Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All For You, and The Book of Mormon.
We are eager to see this project get off the ground with your GoFundMe help"

This year, the award will go to an artist in the Eastern region, comprised of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.
