Portland, OR (PRWEB) July 23, 2014 -- CTL® announced their new CTL® 2go® PC NL5 Rugged 2-in-1 Windows Tablet, the latest in their line of rugged 2go® PC laptops and tablet PCs. CTL® has been a long-time partner with Intel and Microsoft Corp, delivering 2go® PC mobile computing solutions for education, military, law enforcement, medical, home health care, aviation, field sales, home inspection and food service.
The new CTL® 2go® PC NL5 Rugged 2-in-1 is based on an Intel reference design that combines power, durability and ease of use. The 2go® PC NL5 is a versatile Windows 8.1 tablet offering laptop capabilities with the option of a snap-on keyboard. Its education-specific features enhance learning and facilitate easier IT management. The NL5 is purpose-built for K-12 education, but is ideal for mobile professionals due to its rugged design.
Interactive learning and effective classroom management.
The NL5 is available to qualified education institutions with Intel® Education Software such as Kno (interactive learning app), MyScript Notes/MyScript Stylus, SPARKvue (data analysis app), ArtRage, LabCam (for use with optional magnifying lens), and Classroom Management, among others. The included stylus facilitates note taking and creativity. This Windows 8.1 tablet is available with optional accessories, such as a keyboard/dock, attachable 30X magnification lens and temperature probe for lab experiments. Using Classroom Management software, teachers can control student activity by viewing or unlocking their devices and connect with students individually, in groups and as a whole. Front and rear facing cameras can be used to create videos for educational projects.
“The CTL® 2go® PC NL5 Rugged 2-in-1 Windows Tablet is a powerful tool for today’s digital classroom. CTL® has a strong history of providing innovative devices for educators and students and the NL5 is the culmination of years of ethnographic research.
