Harkcon, Inc. TTSS Team is Recognized for Their Superior Performance
Fredericksburg, VA (PRWEB) July 30, 2014 -- Robert Kleinsorge, one of Harkcon’s lead Instructional Systems Designers, was recognized for his sustained support to the Coast Guard’s Training Center Yorktown Performance Systems Branch (PSB) where he has provided incredible professionalism and value as a Project Lead and ISD/Advanced Distributive Learning Specialist, enhancing the design of PSB training solutions for over two years. The PSB Chief named Robert as “one of the most professional HPT Designers I have ever worked with.”
Linda Walz, one of Harkcon’s certified Performance Analysts, was cited for her long-time support of the Coast Guard at Training Center Petaluma, and since September 2013, at Coast Guard Force Readiness Command at Alameda, CA. Among other things, Linda was cited by the FORCECOM Assessments team lead for being “…an absolute pleasure to work with and invaluable addition to the Assessments. The high quality data analysis and reports she has completed to date have been extremely well-received by senior leadership and have already been shared with program managers and [training centers] for use in improvements at the program and schoolhouse level. Her work has already made a tremendous impact, and we look forward to their future trend reports and products.”
Joe Volk, an Instructional Systems Designer at the Coast Guard’s Leadership Development Center (LDC), was recognized for his management, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of courses provided at the Chief Petty Officer’s (CPO) Academy. As part of the LDC team, Joe skillfully worked to align six common curricula models across four LDC enlisted leadership development courses in accordance with the LDC Director’s Strategic Goals.
Kim Jensen, an Instructional Systems Designer at Training Center Petaluma, was recognized for her superb development of the Coast Guard’s Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Transition Recertification Course. Her support included the development a comprehensive set of presentations to guide and support classroom lectures. In addition to her great work on the EMT Transition Recertification Course, Kim has also provided key support to the development of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response training course for the Corpsman School.
Finally, Emily Hansen, a videographer at Training Center Petaluma, was recognized for superb photographic assistance to the Training Center Petaluma and CPO Academy. Over the past year, her work has supported the Information Technology, Independent Duty Food Services Officer School, the CPO Academy, and the Corpsman school. Emily has also assisted the Training Center Petaluma Commanding Officer with the creation of the Commanding Officer’s Welcome video, the Honor Guard video, and a myriad of other photographic projects.
Harkcon is proud of all of these associates and all of our associates supporting the Coast Guard Training and Technical Support Services contract. They represent the great work that has been completed by over 60 Harkcon associates since Harkcon, as a subcontractor of Lockheed Martin, was awarded the contract to provide performance analysis, instructional system design, and instructor support services for the Coast Guard in May 2011.
