The nomination comes for their work with General Motors, in which they developed compelling event microsites for several Cadillac consumer events, including golf, culinary and architectural themed experiences.
eshots’ main focus and responsibility was improving the end-to-end microsite experience for consumers. These award-nominated microsites facilitated pre-event registration and data collection tools, as well as a location for post-event communications and consumer video retrieval. The technology captured valuable consumer information, drove all visitors through one registration process and delivered key metrics pre and post-event.
As a result of eshots’ microsites, Cadillac increased consumer participation and improved their key data collection metrics. Overall results include:
-All Cadillac events reached maximum capacity
-Pre-registration averaged 71% across campaigns
-The microsite conversion rate reached up to 43%
-64% of microsite visitors viewed videos
-Mobile visits accounted for 27% of site visits, an increase of 38% from prior year
