Public Memorial for Founder of ATC to be Held December 27
Index, WA (PRWEB) December 16, 2014 -- The Aquarian Tabernacle Church of Wicca will be holding a public memorial in honor of their founder, Pete 'Pathfinder' Davis, on December 27th.
The service will be held at Seattle Unity Church in downtown Seattle, Washington, and will begin at 3 p.m.
This is the second of three memorials that will be held to celebrate the life and mourn the passing of the ATC's founder, Pete 'Pathfinder' Davis. The third and final memorial will be held at their annual Spring Mysteries Festival over Easter weekend.
Davis was born on March 22, 1937, the Wiccan sabbat Ostara, and passed on October 31, 2014, the sabbat Samhain. Samhain 2014 was also the 35th anniversary of the founding of his life's work - the Aquarian Tabernacle Church.
His life's work is continued on under the care of the current archpriestess, Belladonna Laveau. She was there when he passed, saying "Mother came for him, and his spirit flew away. We sang as his body stopped working. We sat with him and held sacred space as he took his leave. He was my mentor. In many ways, he gave me new life, and birthed me into the person I am today. I love him. I will miss him. Goodbye Pete Daddy."
He is fondly remembered by thousands of Wiccans across the world and his work will continue to touch people's hearts worldwide.
