Vortex Doors Expands Fort Worth Satellite to Full Service Center
Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) March 12, 2015 -- Vortex is pleased to be opening its doors in a new Texas market.
Friendly customer service, fast response time, and extensively trained technicians are just some of the reasons that Vortex Doors has been in business for over 78 years. Vortex Doors’ expansion to the Fort Worth market is a perfect fit because the qualities of the city align with the company’s belief of being hard-working and hospitable. While already serving Texas business owners in Carrollton and Houston, their Fort Worth offerings were primarily a satellite extension of their Dallas service center. With this new investment into Fort Worth, Vortex has a fleet of trucks that can meet customers’ needs at a moment’s notice: continuing their creed to provide the fastest, and most reliable, door repair service in the industry.
“We are excited to grow and expand in this area for our customers. The decision to expand into Fort Worth allows us to keep our well-known response time and service levels up-to-par,” expressed Stacey Muto, Corporate Accounts Manager.
Vortex has already moved three Service Trucks into the area with more on the way. Donnie Prewitt, Regional Coach, will be overseeing the initial start-up of the Service Center to ensure it gets a good jump start. They also have been training Customer Service staff at their Dallas Service Center who will be transferring to Fort Worth for a seamless transition.
With Vortex’s reputation for high quality service and quick response times, many retail chains are anxious to make Vortex their primary door and gate vendor.
About Vortex Doors Training Facility
All Vortex technicians go through a five day training course at their exclusive Vortex Training Center in Costa Mesa, CA. Technicians learn cost-effective solutions to repair various overhead doors, dock levelers, entrance doors, and related door hardware. Their technicians are required to complete an intensive AAADM Training Course to receive proper training and certification that will insure all doors they touch are up to ANSI 156.10 Safety Standards for the safety of Customers and Employees. This extensive training produces the most knowledgeable technicians in the industry, and ensures service calls are handled without the delays, even when there are multiple site visits in a day.
