EnergyPrint Appoints New Client Relationship Manager
St. Paul, Minn. (PRWEB) March 25, 2015 -- EnergyPrint announced today that Laura Krawczyk has joined the company to further support existing customer relationships and expand demand for EnergyPrint’s utility dashboard services.
As Client Relationship Manager, Krawczyk will build upon EnergyPrint’s recent success of providing utility data management and measurement services to many of the top energy services providers in the U.S. She will be responsible for assisting customers in planning, growth and utilization of EnergyPrint’s utility dashboard.
Krawczyk brings a breadth of customer service experience in the fields of software, HVAC and marketing. Previously, Krawczyk worked for Standard Heating & Air Conditioning as their marketing manager, and also for Minneapolis-based software company Calabrio, where she assisted customers with access to training, best practice sharing and industry networking opportunities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
"This new addition to our Client Services team represents an exciting time for us," said Matt Arneson, EnergyPrint’s Client Services Director. “With a number of recent new business wins and existing clients expanding their work with us, we are committed to maintaining high levels of customer service and support. Laura’s skills and experience will help us maintain those high standards as we continue to grow.”
EnergyPrint has seen significant year-over year growth since the company launched their software platform in 2010. EnergyPrint’s current customers make up 30 percent of the company’s annual growth rate.
“While our software application is highly valued, it’s our data services that get most of the credit for our success,” said Priscilla Koeckeritz, EnergyPrint’s president and CEO. “We make it easy for companies to use their utility data, without the administrative headache of inputting bill data.”
