US Storage Centers Expands Florida Footprint
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) March 27, 2015 -- US Storage Centers announced it has acquired the self storage facility located at 7000 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, Florida. The acquisition is US Storage Centers’ eighth facility in Florida that is either owned or operated by the Company.
“The acquisition of this new storage facility will expand USSC’s market footprint and economies of scale within the region,” said Vice President of Acquisitions, Drew Hoeven. “US Storage Centers has an established, and rapidly increasing market presence, brand, and competitive advantage in the greater Miami and Orlando areas.”
The property boasts 753 storage units, and 74, 375 square feet of rentable space. All storage units are on the ground floor with concrete drive up aisles. An electronic gate and security cameras protect the property.
“We’ve seen some great results with our storage facilities in Florida, and we’re excited about the opportunity ahead of us to increase occupancy and revenue,” said Regional Director of Operations, Howard Pryor.
