EnergyPrint Honored by EPA as a 2015 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year
St. Paul, Minn. (PRWEB) April 06, 2015 -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized EnergyPrint with a 2015 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Service and Product Provider Award for its outstanding efforts to increase energy efficiency within commercial, institutional and industrial markets. EnergyPrint’s accomplishments will be recognized in Washington, D.C. on April 20, 2015.
EnergyPrint, an ENERGY STAR partner since 2010, is being honored for its work in helping companies reduce their energy consumption through its products and services.
“We’re proud to be an ENERGY STAR partner and help our customers gain recognition while improving energy efficiency,” said EnergyPrint CEO Priscilla Koeckeritz. “Being recognized as Partner of the Year is an incredible honor.”
EnergyPrint offers its services primarily through regional energy services providers, and also directly to building owners on a portfolio basis. EnergyPrint delivers particular value for mid-market sized portfolios – often with fewer than 100 buildings. The company's utility data services and online dashboard tools help customers understand and demonstrate building energy performance, and prove whether energy improvements return financial savings.
“For building professionals who want to know how their buildings are performing, we deliver a hassle-free service that answers key financial questions about energy expense,” Koeckeritz said. “We’re focused on serving portfolio customers that need data management services and want a simple reporting solution without the administrative headache of entering data and creating reports.”
Since EnergyPrint started in 2009, the company has integrated their software and services with ENERGY STAR – understanding the benefits of delivering ENERGY STAR ratings and complementing EnergyPrint’s analytics with the national EPA brand.
“EnergyPrint reaches a unique mid-market customer,” said EPA Program Manager Bill Von Neida. “Companies with smaller portfolios or decentralized management need a partner to gather and manage utility data regardless of their operational structure, and EnergyPrint provides that service.”
ENERGY STAR has 16,000 partners working to protect the environment through greater energy efficiency, including manufacturers, retailers, public schools, hospitals, real estate companies and home builders. EnergyPrint is an ENERGY STAR Partner, Automated Benchmarking Service Provider, part of ENERGY STAR’s Certification Nation, and now an ENERGY STAR 2015 Partner of the Year.
“EnergyPrint is helping businesses and organizations save money, save energy and do their part to reduce our nation’s greenhouse gas emissions that fuel climate change,” said EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy. “EnergyPrint demonstrates a strong commitment to energy efficiency and to preserving a healthy planet for future generations.”
