Expense Reduction Analysts Announces Participation in California Primary Care Association (CPCA) Conference

ERA will be participating in several parts of the conference. In addition to exhibiting in the trade show area, Gregory Brown, MBA, Director of Expense Reduction Analysts in the Southern CA area, will be part of a breakout session the morning of May 14, titled “Extending the Executive Suite – Using Consultants To Reduce Expenses, Train Executives and Attract New Patients.”
During the breakout session, participants will learn how to use outside talent to manage costs and profitability.
