RE/MAX Advance Realty Appointed Exclusive Commercial Real Estate Agency For Giraffas USA
South Miami, Florida (PRWEB) July 14, 2015 -- RE/MAX Advance Realty, a full service brokerage with offices in South Miami and Kendall, Florida, has been appointed the exclusive commercial real estate agency for Giraffas USA; a rapidly-expanding “fast-casual” restaurant chain. With more than 400 restaurants in Brazil, in addition to ten restaurants already opened in Florida (with two locations in Orlando and eight in Broward and Miami-Dade County), Giraffas is poised for dramatic growth, with a goal of 150 U.S.-based restaurants by 2020.
Agustin Duarte, CCIM, a veteran RE/MAX Commercial Division agent, will direct all commercial real estate assignments for the Giraffas USA expansion, including lease negotiations, site selections, market studies, traffic counts, and general feasibility matters. Duarte brings more than 15 years of experience in buying, building, and selling businesses to this position, with a special focus in both land re-development and multi-store restaurant chains. In addition to Giraffas, Duarte has successfully represented restaurants such as Sir Pizza and Pincho Factory.
“We are grateful to the Giraffas USA team for this prestigious assignment, and look forward to a smooth and productive expansion,” said Duarte. “We firmly believe in this concept, and plan to grow it with a concentrated mix of traditional stores, strategic shopping center food courts, and other ‘out of the box’ ideas.”
Giraffas serves humanely-raised Black Angus beef; all natural, no hormones, antibiotic-free chicken; ocean-raised salmon; organic quinoa and clean-label shrimp. The company has six employees at its Miami headquarters, and more than 200 employees throughout its ten Florida restaurants.
