Paul Zaichik Creates New Tool That Increases Training Capability
World renown body weight trainer, Paul Ziachik, announces today that he is releasing a new tool called Zejax (http://www.Zejax.com), that dramatically increases a person’s training capability.
The American College of Sports Medicine states that among fitness trends, body weight training—which includes back-to-basics exercises like push-ups, planks, pull-ups, squats and other exercises which use the body as resistance—appears in the top of all.
“Body weight exercises are a proven way to get and stay fit.” said Walt Thompson Ph.D., FACSM, of Georgia State University, who authored the study for the ACSM. “In a time when many people are concerned with cutting expenses, body weight exercises are a great way to feel great and look toned without a big financial investment.”
With release of Zejax the ability to do unique body weight training exercises have increased by thousands. Zejax even replaces the need for the pull up bar, while still allowing the practitioner to train the back and biceps, using one's own body weight in many unique ways.
"I want people to be able to train whenever they want, where ever they want, knowing that they can achieve any goal with Zejax", Zaichik said.
Yahoo Health recently reported about research from the Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which shows you don’t need heavy weights to effectively burn calories.
“For the study, 16 fit adults participated in a 20-minute body weight circuit, which included exercises like push-ups, burpees, squats, and lunges. According to John Porcari, the lead researcher and head of the university’s performance lab, the participants burned an average of 15 calories per minute, nearly twice the rate expended during a long run,” Yahoo Health reported.
Zejax weights just 4lbs. It is not required to be attached to anything or be hanged on anything. It's a full apparatus on it's own. Twenty workout programs are available for on the individual selection, teaching anyone how to use it. Every day a new, never before seen body weight exercise is featured for free on the http://www.Zejax.com blog.
