Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen Announces Fall Cooking School Schedule
Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- Sylvia Casares, owner and executive chef of Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen, announces her Fall Cooking School schedule. Each class includes a full meal featuring all the foods cooked in the class, along with her famous cheese enchiladas. Dessert and a signature margarita or other beverage will be served after the class.
"We always have so much fun during these classes," Casares said.

Tamales 101 –– Oct. 3: Learn the ancient art of tamale making before the holiday rush! Pork tamales and sweet tamales.
South Texas Breakfast Favorites –– Oct. 10: Flour Tortillas, Migas, Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, gorditas. This is a hands-on class for tortilla making! ($55)
Appetizers –– Oct. 17: Chile Con Queso, Salsa de Avocado, Flautas, Sopes, Salsa, Picamole ($55)
Chiles Rellenos –– Nov. 7: Hands-on class for beef, chicken and cheese chiles rellenos. This is a really fun class and you will learn to make fabulous rellenos.
Tamales 101 –– Nov. 14: Learn the ancient art of tamale making in a fun hands-on class! Class will be on pork and chicken tamales.
Tamales 101 –– Tuesday, Dec. 1 (2-5 p.m.): Learn the ancient art of tamale making with Sylvia! This is a hands-on class on pork, chicken tamales.
Tamales 101 –– Dec. 5: Learn the ancient art of tamale making with Sylvia. This is a hands-on, action-packed class with recipes of pork and chicken tamales.
Tamales 101 –– Dec. 12: Learn the ancient art of tamale making with Sylvia. Class instruction on pork and chicken tamales with hands-on participation.
