Outliers Publishing Announces Event Sponsorship and Special Edition ASU Law Book
Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) September 03, 2015 -- Outliers Publishing announced the upcoming release of the limited edition book titled Outliers in Law: A Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Special Edition, with exclusive interviews from three outliers with ASU affiliations. As the official Event Sponsor, Outliers Publishing will gift a book to each patron at the 2015 Gold n’ Gavel Auction and Reception. The auction will be hosted on Friday, September 25, 2015 by the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in order to raise funds for student scholarships and school programs.
The purpose of this limited edition book is to recognize the school’s contributions to the country’s legal landscape, the Arizona economy, and celebrate the school’s new Arizona Center for Law and Society.
The book profiles world renowned domestic violence advocate and Clinical Professor of Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Sarah Buel; in addition to attorney, Director of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law’s Legal Services Program, and former CEO of Make a Wish International, Victoria Ames, who pursued law to start her own firm which specializes in advocating for the families of special needs children. In addition, the book also features recent Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law graduate, David Medina, who received his undergraduate degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and started a software company before graduating from Arizona State University’s law school and winning the prestigious Dan Strauss Award, among others.
