Nancy Couture Named Delivery Enablement Lead at Datasource Consulting

Nancy joined Datasource at the end of September as Delivery Enablement Lead for the growing consulting firm. In her new role, Nancy will leverage her extensive experience in the Business Intelligence industry to develop and refine Datasource’s methodologies, internal competencies and training to ensure more effective and efficient project delivery.
Nancy has over 30 years of experience leading Enterprise Data Management practices in both Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. She was the Vice President of Data Management Solutions at UnitedHealth Group in Connecticut and was most recently the Vice President of Business Intelligence at SquareTwo Financial in Denver.
During her tenure at SquareTwo Financial, Nancy developed and implemented a BI strategy and roadmap for the organization. As part of the strategy, Nancy oversaw the development of a new enterprise data warehouse as well as an active data governance program. She also led an internal team to build a robust reporting capability that included standard report distribution, cubes for self-service reporting and dashboards.
Nancy is currently the acting president of the TDWI Colorado Chapter and has published several articles in the TDWI Business Intelligence Journal. She is a respected authority in the Business Intelligence industry and has repeatedly presented at notable industry events including Information on Demand, Teradata, Health Care Data Warehousing Association and MIT Information Quality Conference.
