Twin Peaks Restaurants Introduces New, Savory Menu Items

Can you say bacon? BACON! Twin Peaks new menu features the crispy and flavorful Billionaire’s Bacon -- and this isn’t just any bacon. It’s thick-cut bacon, covered in brown sugar and seasoned with red chili flakes and smoked paprika. It’s so good, Twin Peaks created a new bacon-filled burger that is sinfully delicious The Billionaire’s Bacon Burger is topped with Sriracha pimento cheese, crisp lettuce, bacon-beer mustard, bacon mayo and, of course, Billionaire’s Bacon.
The menu also features three new slider dishes perfect for sharing…or not. There’s the Bacon Jam Sliders, a trio of mini smoked Gouda cheeseburgers that feature bacon jam, roasted garlic mustard and pickles on a soft, warm potato bun. The new Buttermilk Chicken Sliders will certainly bring a smile to your face! This batter-fried chicken with house-made buttermilk black pepper biscuits, creamy jalapeño gravy, honey butter, Hollandaise, American cheese, greens and Billionaire’s Bacon is the perfect comfort food. And last, but certainly not least, are the Picnic Pork Sliders, served on a potato bun along with potato salad spread, Napa slaw, crispy pork belly, spicy Sriracha pickles, and topped with a smoky, sweet BBQ sauce.
