There, he helped shape the vision, direction, and profitability of IBM's market-leading Business Process Management product line; laid the foundation for IBM’s advanced case management product line; and led a key growth initiative in the banking sector that resulted in a new financial transaction management platform for IBM.
Mr. Puthenveetil began his career as a software engineer, working for several world-class software engineering teams including State of the Art (acquired by Sage), Relsys (acquired by Oracle), and FileNet (acquired by IBM). He has helped deliver more than 19 custom solutions to global companies across the banking, healthcare, education, and transportation industries.
“Manoj is an excellent addition to the QMerit team, and a natural choice to spearhead our product development and delivery efforts," said Tracy K. Price, CEO, president, and founder of QMerit. "He helped shape the vision for the technology, and his extensive engineering knowledge and experience, design skills, and proven ability to execute will be invaluable in helping propel QMerit forward and establishing us as the market leader in a totally new software arena.”

"It's supported by some of the best and brightest in the industry and I'm honored and excited to be part of such an innovative company, and to be able to use my experience to deliver the many benefits of this one of kind platform to customers."
Mr. Puthenveetil is an accomplished engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, one of the top tier engineering schools in India. He is a firm believer in customer-centric design, agile development methodology, and blue oceans strategy. He is also a member of various product management engineering organizations.
About QMerit
For centuries, quality service delivery has been inconsistent and based largely on chance. Due to long-standing industry practices, labor resources are usually assigned through intuition, favoritism, job title, or limited scheduling systems rather than on objective performance-related data. QMerit has developed the first cloud-based technology platform that helps companies in the home health care and technical services markets deliver the most qualified and cost-effective resources to projects and customers every time.
Caregivers can now be matched to patients based on specific expertise to drive consistently better medical outcomes. And, the most talented, best performing labor resources receive priority for the most desirable tasks. The platform also provides the right incentives for workers to perform well and advance their service careers.
Although the vision and platform have been years in the making, QMerit began its journey as a new software technology venture in September 2015 when it was spun out from its $5B parent company, ABM Industries. The new company's mission is to make the world better every day for those who deliver at the point of service, as well as provide better outcomes for the consumers of those services.
