RCC Card Program Continues to Grow, Expands Into Fort Myers
Fort Meyers, FL (PRWEB) July 25, 2016 -- Available for a heavily discounted price of $20 for the remainder of the 2016 calendar year, the program that originated in Naples is available to anyone looking for consistent discounts at their regular community businesses. The continual Southwestern Florida expansion of the program is due in large part to its ease of use on both the merchant and cardholder sides.
Businesses join at zero cost other than offering cardholders at least a 10 percent discount, which in a lot of instances can be considerably more, sometimes as much as 50 percent. Residents of the Fort Myers region soon began to notice the growing popularity of the RCC Card in the surrounding counties and began to lobby for a similar program in their area.
“We started with a handful of around 15 Naples merchants and currently have more than 400 businesses in Collier, Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties. The larger the program becomes, the more people talk and lobby for the same program to come to their community,” says Gary Bergmoser, president of RCC Card. “It’s why we’re so excited about expanding the program in Fort Myers.”
Bringing local residents and businesses together, it’s not just cardholders that benefit from the program. Highlighting area businesses gives residents an added incentive to shop local and have a positive impact on their local economy. While restaurants are very popular among RCC cardholders, the ever-growing list of merchants is staggeringly large and ranges from services like airport shuttles to patio door repair.
