Choice Recovery Named #1 Best Place To Work By Columbus Business First
Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) November 14, 2016 -- Choice Recovery has been recognized as one of the 2016 Best Places To Work in Central Ohio based on employee workplace satisfaction surveys. This is the 12th year of Columbus Business First’s Best Places to Work program. More than 200 nominations were received in five categories based on company size. Choice Recovery placed first among the ten companies honored in the medium-size category (50-99 employees).
“This recognition is especially gratifying as the results are based entirely on what our employees have to say,” said Chad Silverstein, Choice Recovery’s founder and CEO. “It speaks to our commitment to help every employee succeed, and underscores our employment philosophy to respect, encourage, and invest in the team’s personal and professional development.”
This is the second year in a row that Choice Recovery has been honored in the Best Places to Work Program. Last year they placed 9th in the medium-size category.
Recently, Choice Recovery was also selected by insideARM Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in collections for the fourth consecutive year, ranking fifth in the list of mid-sized companies. Published since 2000, insideARM is a publication of The iA Institute, a provider of specialized information to the debt industry. The magazine has amassed an audience of executives within collection agencies and law firms, debt buyers, creditors, suppliers of technology and services, regulators, investors, and other interested parties. After a months-long process, 36 ARM companies were identified in each of three categories that included small (15-49 employees), medium (50-149 employees) and large (150+ employees) companies.
“These awards belong to our team, “ Silverstein added. “It’s their dedication and hard work each and every day that make Choice Recovery a great place to work!”
