Conga’s Latest Update Helps Companies Leverage Machine Learning for Better Contract Compliance
DENVER, CO, and SEATTLE, WA and ORLANDO, FL and SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA and LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (PRWEB) December 07, 2016 -- Conga, provider of one of the most popular applications on the Salesforce AppExchange, Conga Composer, today announces enhancements to its suite of solutions. Among these enhancements are features for contract clause management and contract analytics in its Conga Novatus enterprise contract lifecycle management solution, designed to help contract managers use the solution’s machine learning capabilities to track clauses usage, manage risk, and ensure better compliance.
The new clause management feature in Conga Novatus uses sophisticated logic that learns language patterns within a company’s contracts, both signed or in negotiation, and compares them to the company’s most commonly used clauses. Novatus lets users search on clauses to see how clause language evolves, and automatically triggers flows and approval processes based on those clauses.
“At Conga we understand how critical it is for organizations to continually optimize efficiency and workflow—both for their contracts and within their instance of Salesforce,” said Doug Rybacki, Vice President of Product Management. “This latest release gives companies the ability to identify and compare standard and non-standard contract language for better compliance, along with features across our entire suite to maximize efficiency and improve the user experience.”
Features of the new release aim to help make managing and simplifying critical business processes even more seamless for Conga customers:
● Conga Novatus v7.1 – Gain greater control, visibility, and efficiency into document contents with Clause Management powered by machine learning and natural language processing capabilities. New analytics capabilities, available in beta, help customers identify inefficiencies in the contracts processes to drive more improvements. New email distribution lists enable groups to work more efficiently.
● Conga Redlining – Make edits to Microsoft Word documents directly from the Redlining screen. Access the key functions of “Send for Negotiation” and “View Redlining” Quick Actions from any standard or custom Salesforce object.
● Conga Composer – Composer is now integrated with Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online to allow document to be saved to these applications. Add more attachments through the Merge process. The Composer integration with Adobe Sign now supports using a Salesforce user group as joint recipients.
● ActionGrid – Make updates to parental data. Auto-notifications for saving a view once changes have been made help users stay in the flow of their work.
Used by thousands of companies worldwide, the Conga suite continues to deliver innovative new ways for users to easily automate and simplify data, documents and reporting, and streamline contract lifecycle management. The new release enables users to maintain better document control, slash the time needed to keep Salesforce data up to date, and gain deeper visibility and insights into contracts with more robust reporting, analytics and data visualization capabilities.
