Thermo Fisher Scientific Offers Five Steps for Publication-quality Fixed-cell Imaging
Yorba Linda, Ca (PRWEB) June 14, 2017 -- As part of the Protein and Cell Analysis Education Series Virtual Event, Thermo Fisher Scientific is sponsoring an education webinar offering five steps to secure the best images of fixed-cells, ideal for those new to cell imaging, or an experienced researcher wanting to confirm your knowledge.
With more than 40 years dedicated to cell imaging research, the team at Thermo Fisher Scientific offers long-proven tools and protocols to help confidently create quality cell images the first time. In fact, Invitrogen™ imaging reagents are cited more frequently in published research than any others. Leverage our experience to enable your success and avoid costly missteps. This webinar will provide an overview of cell imagery, along with proven steps to enable powerful images that best reflects the research at hand.
Thermo Fisher Scientific has arranged to have Jason Kilgore, one of the technical application scientists at Thermo Fisher Scientific, be the speaker for this webinar.
Kilgore joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 1999, where his initial work focused on the development of dyes and techniques primarily used for microscopy and imaging of cultured cell and tissue section samples. In his current role as a member of the technical support team for cellular analysis and Invitrogen™ EVOS™ cell imaging systems, Jason helps thousands of researchers a year to develop and optimize their protocols using cell imaging and analysis reagents, kits, and instruments. Prior to coming to Thermo Fisher Scientific, he earned a Master of Science in Biology from Central Michigan University.
LabRoots will host the webinar June 21, 2017, beginning at 7:30 a.m. PDT, 10:30 a.m. EDT, 4:30 p.m. CET. To learn more about this event, the Protein and Cell Analysis Education Series, or to register for free, click here.
