(PRWEB) November 28, 2017 -- The West Virginia Board of Education adopted Walch’s West Virginia College and Career Ready Math I, II, III and Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II programs after a full review and recommendation by the West Virginia Instructional Materials Review Committee.
Walch built the West Virginia CCR Math programs courses to fully align with the state CCR Standards of Mathematics. The programs offer West Virginia school districts comprehensive teacher and student materials to meet the state’s goal of preparing every student for college and career.
Walch is known for their “Teachers First” approach and strives to provide teachers with everything they need at their fingertips, from problem-based tasks and worksheets to dynamic, standards-based assessments.
We have been working with a number of West Virginia districts over the years to support their instructional goals and improve student performance, said Al Noyes, Walch’s President. “The efficacy of our tailored approach to resource development has been documented (view research) and we look forward continuing to support the success of West Virginia’s teachers and students.”
