Partners International appoints Dr. Michael Valentine as Managing Consultant

Dr. Valentine, an experienced leader in Leadership and Development, joins Partners International to help accelerate growth in the Talent Consulting and Executive Coaching practices.
With over 25 years of international corporate experience, Michael's roles have included VP HR for a China Start-up, Manufacturing Operations Lead for Nabisco Brands, Chief Operating Officer for PCF Publisher Fulfillment Inc., HR Division Director at Allied Signal, and Vice President HR at The New York Times. Michael has worked extensively throughout his career to align organizational talent to business strategy.

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel Military College of SC and a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. Michael’s Executive Coaching credentials include certifications from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and Case Western Reserve University.
