mParticle hires John Sedlak from Adobe as Chief Revenue Officer
NEW YORK (PRWEB) April 19, 2018 -- mParticle, the only Customer Data Platform built with Privacy by Design at its core, today announced the appointment of John Sedlak as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he will oversee global sales, solutions engineering, partnerships, and customer success.
Sedlak is a proven leader with more than two decades of experience building and leading successful sales organizations of all sizes, from early-stage startups to global Fortune 500s. He joins mParticle from Adobe, where he was Vice President of the Audience Manager division. Prior, Sedlak was Chief Revenue Officer of location-based data platform PlaceIQ. Previously, he was VP of Sales for Oracle Marketing Cloud where he arrived via Oracle’s acquisition of BlueKai, where he served as SVP of Global Sales and played a key role in establishing their DMP business and leading the integration into Oracle.
“Customer Data Platforms are completely transforming the way that brands think about unifying marketing and customer experience across channels and partners. Adding an experienced executive like John to the team will help us keep pace with market demand within the enterprise and beyond,” said Michael Katz, co-founder and CEO of mParticle. “I couldn’t be more excited to welcome John to our team.”
“I’m thrilled to be joining mParticle to help accelerate its growth and momentum during this important and exciting phase for the company and industry,” said John Sedlak, Chief Revenue Officer of mParticle. “mParticle’s best-of-breed technology is uniquely equipped to build on data platforms already in place and enable brands to drive their digital transformation in customer experience to the next level.”
mParticle today also announced the appointment of three key executives:
