Terry Nathan's Exciting New Historical Fiction Follows the Russian Royal Family from 1918 to the Present Day
Suffolk, England (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- “The story you are about to read is one of great rank and privilege, of huge wealth and power, and of treachery, corruption and lies. My name is Alec Johnson, or so my adopted parents had told me, and so it would have stayed had the stranger not come, and with him brought the notebook which was to prove the first of those lies.” It is this story that Terry Nathan shares in his new historical romance “The Forgotten Tsar” (published by AuthorHouse).
"The Forgotten Tsar" is a historical romance which captures the glories of the Crusades, the honor of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, the tragedies of the Bolshevik Revolution, the drama of wartime Europe, and the greed and connivance of modern day voyeurs.
An excerpt from “The Forgotten Tsar”:
“I sat in one of the wickerwork armchairs in the conservatory, carefully turning over the first few pages, noting the neat handwriting and the elegant way in which each paragraph was presented. It was a strange sensation, knowing that in the next few hours we, or at any rate I, because I still wasn’t sure how much my son already knew, would learn more about this mysterious lady Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanov and my connection to her. I handed the document across to Nicholas, suggesting I get some coffee for both of us while he made himself comfortable.”
Literary editor of NZZ Libero in Switzerland writes of the book that, “Nathan is an excellent narrator who creates a lot of suspense in ‘The Forgotten Tsar.’ His research is superb.”
