Definity First is Ranked 3rd in Great Place to Work® Mexico
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 06, 2016 -- Definity First is honored to announce that it is ranked 3rd in the IT and Telecom Industry in Mexico by research company and consulting firm Great Place to Work® Institute Mexico.
To participate in the ranking from Great Place to Work® Institute Mexico, an internal auditing process was conducted within Definity First, met in record-breaking time. Great Place to Work® also submitted a survey to the company staff. This survey was answered by over 90 percent of our employees.
Great Place to Work® identifies seven main characteristics for a business to meet or exceed results, such as leaders and collaborators’ commitment and collaboration within the company departments and personnel.
Definity First deploys and executes different activities and plans to increase personnel satisfaction on a continuous basis. The latest one, called Success and Development Program, includes periodical one-on-one meetings between managers and consultants and a personal log for every consultant. This method helps the company and employees stay informed of each other’s objectives.
The position in the ranking is a recognition to the company’s commitment with its employees to continue growing together as well as the efforts of our members to help Definity First grow stronger. It is also a reward to our principles of innovation, integrity, and team collaboration.
