Engineering Professional Evans Heacock Joins Certrec’s Office of NERC Compliance Team
FORT WORTH, Texas (PRWEB) November 19, 2019 -- Certrec, a leading regulatory compliance provider for NERC compliance and advanced on-line solutions, announced today that Evans Heacock has joined its Office of NERC Compliance as the Business Development Director.

Mr. Heacock’s more than 30 years of electrical engineering experience have included service as Senior Electrical Supervisor at South Texas Project (STP) 1&2, where he was responsible for electrical design and NERC compliance, principal engineer on the STP 3&4 new plant design, and supervision of the civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering groups at STP. Most recently, he has been Senior Project Manager responsible for DP Engineering’s electrical design work.
In his new role at Certrec, Mr. Heacock will lead the sales and business development activities for Certrec’s Office of NERC Compliance, including active attendance and participation in conferences, developing connections with new potential clients, and preparing most of the ONC proposals.
