Seasoned Mediation Lawyer Steven Berger Joins Mediation.Com To Establish His Online Presence
Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) October 11, 2013 -- After three decades of serving the Phoenix community as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” according to the Arizona Business Journal, Steven Berger has decided the time has come to expand the mediation aspect of his practice. As a result, he has joined Mediation.com, the nation’s premier mediation network, in order to raise his profile and connect with a larger pool of potential clients.
Mediation has always been a key part of Mr. Berger’s approach to the law, from his volunteer work as a community mediator earlier in his career, to an in-depth training course at Pepperdine College. Berger says, “I’ve had success over the years mediating debtor/creditor disputes, bankruptcy disputes, commercial contract disputes, and family business disputes – a.k.a. “Business Divorces.” I’m looking to expand my horizons, and Mediation.com is the ideal place for a professional like me to establish a strong online presence.”
Berger’s experience centers on business disputes, including United States Bankruptcy Court proceedings, troubled loans or businesses issues that can often be resolved via mediation as opposed to litigation, but also has deep litigation experience to draw on if his clients need it.
Berger co-founded Engelman Berger PC in 1999 after becoming a partner at two of Arizona’s largest law firms. He has 27 years of experience representing his clients in complex business disputes throughout Arizona, and is admitted to all state and federal courts in Arizona, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also on the mediation panels for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Arizona and the District of Delaware. Mr. Berger co-authored “Bankruptcy Law and Procedure, a Guide for the Paralegal”.
