Larry Hudspeth, Family Law Specialist Known for Experience with Military Family Issues, Announces Membership in both Mediation.com and Arbitration.com
Jacksonville, NC (PRWEB) May 21, 2014 -- With nearly four decades of experience serving families in North Carolina, Larry Hudspeth has built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced attorneys and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professionals in the state. In 2006, he brought his practice to Onslow County and started focusing on serving military families. As part of a review of his online presence, and in an effort to reach more potential clients, Larry recently joined both of the nation’s leading ADR web portals, Mediation.com and Arbitration.com.
“I’ve been committed to serving the interests of clients in North Carolina in their most difficult moments for 38 years,” said Larry. “I know that some things are universal – whether you’re in the military or not, separation and divorce are among the most stressful of circumstances. I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients navigate this most difficult area, and over the years have become intimately familiar with the problems – and potential solutions, both in a courtroom with litigation and outside the courtroom with mediation or arbitration – of both military families and civilian families.”
Larry focuses his practice on family issues including child custody, child support, spousal support, and the division of property, including military pensions.
Larry received his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is certified as a family law specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is also certified as a Family Financial and Superior Court Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and is a member of the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators.
